As of 5/22/2024, Lucky Two Times Animal Sanctuary and Advocacy Programs is not accepting new intakes from the general public, except for cases of animal cruelty and emergencies for which we provide a safe haven. We collaborate closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. CPAR, the local animal rescue in Fort Stockton, focuses on transporting many dogs out of the area, working with various organizations across the U.S. and Canada to place them into larger organizations and potential forever homes.
